Are you seeking a more authentic and genuine version of yourself—the person you know you are but have trouble fully connecting with? Life’s challenges, transitions, and expectations can make it hard to feel grounded and at peace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or struggles with self-worth, I’m here to help you care for the parts of yourself that need healing and attention.

I also specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting women through the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, or feelings of isolation during this transformative time, I provide a compassionate space to help you find balance, connection, and confidence.

I received my Masters in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I have an emphasis in Marriage, Couple, and Family therapy. I have completed several trainings in Perinatal Mental Health. I am in training and supervision as I utilize EMDR treatment.

My Approach

I care deeply about all parts of you—your mind, body, emotions, and the experiences that shape your life. My approach focuses on understanding your feelings, thoughts, and how your body responds to the “here-and-now.” These elements are constantly interacting, and together we’ll explore how they create your unique experiences.

As a relational therapist, I value the connection we build in our sessions. This relationship serves as a foundation for processing the past, navigating the present, and envisioning the future. By leaning into our shared experience in session, we can uncover insights into what you may be feeling and thinking, fostering deeper self-awareness and healing.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll use the tools and strategies that resonate with you to help you feel more connected, empowered, and whole. I am under supervision as I am in training for EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy services.

My Office

Take note

Counseling is for anyone and everyone. Whether this is your first or fifth time seeking counseling, you are welcome here.

Counseling may seem intimidating or uncertain. You may feel nervous before sessions, and this is okay! I am here with you as we navigate this experience.

I offer a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit, but it’s okay if we don’t work out. I understand that we may not connect in the way you hoped we would. I care more about your mental health journey than you sticking with me.

My office is a safe space always. I want you to feel open and cared for. A place to experience and express all kinds of emotion. You can come as you are.
